My heart this week lies with dear prince caspian (and peter penvensie) although i do believe that Jean Marc Perret made such a lovely prince caspian.
In a few days, it will be my loves and my first wedding anniversary. I am taking him on a surprise wooden rowing boat ride with a picnic and little lanterns and bunting to hang up around the willow trees. I shall wear my newest nightdress and patent shoes. My hamper is full of berries and lemonade and i shall be baking little cakes and brambly crumble for his tummy.
i have spent all my pennies on little presents for him and i have been in the kitchen baking raspberry scones.
what have you been spending your days doing?

my little baby will be here in eleven weeks and in two weeks, i shall be turning twenty-two.

Aww i hope you have a lovely anniversary! It was my first wedding anniversary last month - my husband cooked me an amazing meal :) Hope everything is coming alone fine with the baby!

Oh dearest, I have just bought a little satchel to take to the woods.
I have yet to see Prince Caspian, it only came out today, so I shall see it on Sunday night perhaps ♥
I hope you have a lovely wedding anniversary, I know he will love everything. What things are you wishing for as birthday gifts? I will of course send you something.

in the end i couldnt get a wooden boat so we had a secret picnic where he follwed a map to wear i was hiding! it was perfect.

I want to see that film so much! Unfortunately I think it will be a while before it comes to play here, especially in the small town I am now. :(

Your anniversary sounds like it will be wonderful and a perfect summer day! Lately I have been trying to keep cool; the temperature here is achingly high. When not lying indoors thinking about ice-cream, I am eating ice-cream and playing with kittens!

Do you have anything planned for your birthday?

oh i do love ice-cream. raspberry ripple is my favourite. There is a little sea-side town called sheringham that do the most wonderful ice cream cones and my favourite is their raspberry ripple!

my love has suprised me with theatre tickets in london to see the lionking show

Oh that all sounds so divine! Happy anniversary! Eleven weeks oh my, it doesn't seem five minutes since you told us. I have been thoroughly forming Mrs Darling, with a sideline in cyclopse and Calypso, and purchasing too many books and looking after my own baby - Marlowe the Budgerigar whom I got a month ago! x
